

To Qualify
You must be a new customer of American Security and Communications, Inc., and have a basic alarm system installed in your new or existing home before 7/31/2010.
Basic alarm system must consist of a control panel and remote keypad of your choice, a minimum of three (3) door contacts, indoor siren, and one (1) motion detector.
Additional alarm equipment may be purchased.
You must agree to a five (5) year alarm monitoring agreement at a cost of $18.00 per month, billed quarterly, plus sales tax as may apply. Monitoring payments must be made by automatic credit card
payment and will begin following the first year of monitoring service. Alarm monitoring charge is based on signal transmissions over your home telephone service.
If your home telephone service is not available due to the use of VOIP internet phone service, some cable company telephone services, or other alternate telephone services,
there may be a one-time charge for the installation of a cellular or internet transmitter, and an additional monthly charge for those services. Payment of first year cellular or internet services is added to the
original purchase invoice, and those additional monthly services will be included on your monitoring service invoices after the first year. Additional monthly monitoring options if ordered will be billed
at the time of sale, and added to the monthly charges after the first year. This offer cannot be used with any other discounts offered at the time of purchase.
All equipment installed, when paid for, will become the homeowner's property. Should services be discontinued before the term of the monitoring contract ends, all charges will be accellerated
and the remaining payments under the term of the contract will become due upon cancellation.
